PRIYA has written songs from a young age, and felt ready to share them with the world in 2025, when she debuted her live project (Be)Loved. Experimenting with live and recorded performance, genre, and performance art forms, PRIYA turns every vocal performance into a spectacle, transporting you to a different time and place with just her voice.

PRIYA frequently performs at live shows with bands, karaoke nights, and jam sessions across NYC and beyond. She has band leading and management experience, privately teaches voice lessons and songwriting on occasion.

PRIYA started training in Opera & Western Classical Voice in Geneva in 2016. She continued training with UC Berkeley Choir, where she was granted a scholarship to train with Susan Gundunas of San Jose Opera. She started Musical Theatre training with West End MT and Centre Stage London in 2022. In NYC, she has trained in vocal jazz with Marion Cowings has continued training opera with Alicia Waller since 2023.
